Fairlaw Garden Cottage is a very comfortable, stylish, detached house set within the extensive grounds of the owner’s home on a working farm in the Scottish Borders.

Created from original farm buildings, great care has been taken to preserve character whilst providing an extremely spacious and comfortable home. It is 'upside down' to make the most of the spectacular views towards the coast and the Cheviot Hills.

The house sleeps 6 and has 1 double room with en-suite bathroom/ W.C with over-bath shower, 2 twin rooms with second bathroom/W.C with over-bath shower. Upstairs you will find a pretty sitting room with TV, DVD, and a large beamed kitchen/dinning/family room (35ft) with plenty of space to relax and admire the views of the stunning Berwickshire countryside. Seperate W.C upstairs.

The fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. Separate W.C. Garden Cottage has an enclosed private garden with garden furniture, barbeque. There is a pretty lawn in front of the cottage with climbing farm, slide & swing.

Linen provided, non smoking, no pets. Bookings Friday to Friday. Short breaks available.
