Set within the grounds of the owner’s home, Garden Cottage has its own pretty garden with barbeque & eating area, with separate lawn with climbing frame & slide. A large paddock is adjacent and great for ball games.Originally farm buildings this “upside down house” offers roomy and comfortable accommodation with space for everyone to relax .

It is much larger inside than the outside looks!

The large beamed kitchen/dining room (35ft) and the separate sitting room are upstairs, making the most of the views towards the Cheviot Hills and the North Sea. The bedrooms (double with en suite, two twins and a further bathroom) are downstairs.

Fresh flowers await guests who are given a warm welcome by the owners.

There are stunning beaches within a few miles, Coldingham Bay is perfect for families and miles of deserted beaches stretch for miles south of Berwick upon Tweed.Edinburgh is easily reached and is a must for an action packed day out. Easily accesible by train from Reson Station which has free parking and is just1.5 miles away.

Fairlaw Garden Cottage is the perfect base for walkers (Southern Upland Way & St Cuthbert’s Way), bird watchers and divers (St Abbs Head), surfers, beach lovers (Coldingham Bay), golfers (Dunbar & Goswick) as well as being a peaceful haven for relaxing and unwinding.
